Chelsea Asman, B.S.W.

Healthy Homes Manager

Chelsea Asman is a healthy Homes Manager who joined the FPS team shortly after graduating in 2020 with her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Booth University College. She completed her practicum placement at Winding River Therapeutic Community in Headingley Correctional Centre where she was able to facilitate group sessions on addictions, develop a leadership program and gain an understanding of corrections within a custody setting. Chelsea’s volunteer years at Stony Mountain Institute solidified her interest in working with individuals in the justice system. Chelsea is passionate about providing individualized support by fostering relationships and meeting people where they’re at.
