Aleashia is a compassionate and dedicated Therapist and registered Social Worker with the Manitoba College of Social Workers. She brings extensive experience in providing clinical intervention and counseling to children, adolescents, and families, specializing in working with developmental and childhood trauma, behavioral challenges, crisis management, addictions, and various mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. Her experience includes clinical case management for high high-risk youth and families, school counseling, child protection, and supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. She is passionate about empowering individuals through therapeutic programming, and dedicated to advocating for those facing mental health challenges and systemic barriers.
Aleashia obtained a bachelor’s of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Regina in 2020 and a Master’s of Social Work (MSW) specializing in Infant, Child, & Adolescent Mental Health from the University of Calgary in 2022.
Aleashia is focused on working alongside youth, adults, and families. She is committed to developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions catered to the strengths and needs of each person she works alongside. She is dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, and client-centered environments.
